Enterprise Design Thinking: Becoming Innovative out of customer experiences

Enterprise Design Thinking: Becoming Innovative out of customer experiences

Enterprise design thinking teaches us to be alert and innovative and it's a must TOOL in any field.

Let's ignore the rigid way of coming up with solutions to every problem.

Brands such as Spotify have embraced Enterprise Design Thinking and that's why they have come up with a simple solution that allows users to listen songs on a freemium basis and may upgrade whenever they like.

Let's break it down to small business concepts. I will use Waiter A and B

Waiter (A) approaches a customer and orders a beer. The waiter takes the order and brings the bottle and places it on the table, smiles and walks away.

Waiter (B) similarly takes the order, opens the bottle, pours some into an empty glass and smiles, and walk away.

Most definitely the client will Tip Waiter (B)

A rich customer experience will make the client come again but a poor customer experience will make the client shun away.

As a small business, it's likely you will have cut throat competition from existing competitors.

To counter this, provide the same product but make the experience much more better.

In my niche, I usually provide add-ons such as unlimited email accounts, business card design, letterhead design and custom branding as part of website development.

This has helped me to get into this business faster without investing in paid ADS.

Try this concept in your business model and let me know how it works out:
